Quick lock-easy access filter door:

ACT dust collectors are made with a quick-lock, easy access filter door provide quick and easy access to your filters.  This saves you a lot of time and effort when you change out your filters.  A dust collector that saves you time is a dust collector that saves you MONEY!  All of the unpainted parts you see in the photo to the left are made of non-corrosive materials and will weather well.  Even the painted brackets on the outside of the filter door that hold the center rod are stainless steel.

No filter support frame (yoke):

The quick locking filter door allowed us to eliminate the filter support frame in our ACT dust collectors.  No filter support frame means there is no interference for the pulse jet cleaning system.  This means more effective cleaning and less compressed air usage.  All that means even more MONEY saved.

Pulse control timer board with built-in digital pressure gage:

All of our ACT dust collectors come standard with a Dwyer timer board to control the filter cleaning system.  The timer board has an on-board digital pressure gage and a pressure switch.  This gives you the ability to clean your filters on-line, manually, continuously, automatically  based on pressure differential and during down-time.

Explosion vents:

With growing pressure from OSHA to be compliant when dealing with cumbustible dusts, ACT dust collectors offer you explosion vents for almost all particulates.  It is important to emphasize that OSHA specifies that the end user is responsible for full compliance with NFPA 68,69 and 654. 

Abrasive inlet plenums:

Let the abrasive inlet plenum absorb the impact of incoming, hard materials in applications such as shot blasting and metal spraying.  This reduces the wear that your ACT dust collector might be subject to in certain situations.
